My thermometer said it was -45°C, which is -OMG°F. To put this into context, I got some food out of a box from outside. I store some food in locked boxes, since refridgeration outside is free. So, I set it on the counter, while the stove is heating up. Oven heats, take off the plastic to put it on the tinfoil. While grabbing the meat, which had sat inside for about 5 minutes, I cold-burned my hand on it.
I thought water was supposed to stink at conducting heat?
That's bloody cold.
... dare you to lick a flagpole.

Have you done the old trick of tossing a pan of boiling water into the cold air? Instant vaporization --and it looks cool.
